VISION:

The department has continued commitment of imparting education and teaching of national standard and persistence to meet the present standards in Telugu studies in the college. The vision is to develop the Telugu dept as a place of excellence in the state and to promote excellent writings in Telugu.

MISSION:

• To design the syllabus that will create eminent poets and writers
• To inculcate the speaking and writing skills in Telugu.
• To create job opportunities in print electronic media.
• To create rural based syllabus according to the necessary teaching and learning process.
• To strengthen the teaching in Telugu according to current development in the literature.
• To develop the communication skills of rural students by establishing the Telugu language lab.
