JKC - Jawahar Knowledge Center

Jawahar Knowledge Centre was initiated by the government of Andhra Pradesh in 2005. JKCs were established across the state and students are trained in communication skills, soft skills, analytical skills, computer skills and General Awareness. The students trained in JKCs are shown placement opportunities in noted and well reputed companies and MNCs. It has evolved into a dynamic and student friendly platform to accommodate the job aspirations of students in Degree colleges It has successfully risen to the challenge of training students in skills relevant to the needs of job industry and is continuously helping them adapt to the global business enrolment. 

Our Motto:

Providing Employability skills & Show Job Opportunities to non professional under graduate students of B.A, B.Sc & B.Com.

About JKC - D.K.Govt. Autonomous college for Women:

  • Established in 2006 by CCE as  Nodal Centre
  • Objective: To enhance Employability Skills in UG students
  • Train students in communication, analytical, reasoning, arithmetic, computer skills and General Awareness. 
  • Add on courses by in  Tally, Photoshop, C Language every year at a very minimal fee structure.

Objectives of JKC:

•         To impart requisite skills relevant for dynamic job market.

•         To motivate students to be creative, independent and self reliant
•          To encourage them to compete with their urban counterparts.
•         To ensure empowerment of girl students by providing job skills
•         To conduct Job Fairs & Campus Recruitment drives.
•         To facilitate the placement of students trained in JKCs.
