Code of Conduct Handbook

Code of Conduct Handbook :

D.K. Government college has a prescribed code of conduct for all the stakeholders. A code of conduct is the most common policy within an organization. This policy lays out its principles, standards, and the moral and ethical expectations that employees and third parties are held to as they interact with the organization. In the college, a special Ethics Monitoring committee has been functioning towards this and the members constantly keep a watch on the ethical conduct of the stakeholders and in case any violation occurs, it will be immediately discussed in the private meetings, minutes are registered and plan of action is implemented. The Monitoring committee on Institutional Ethics is constituted with ten experienced lecturers. The principal acts as the president and the vice principal acts as the coordinator of the committee.
